Introduction

Made to fill sandwiches...good for leftover roast turkey...no salt added. Made to fill sandwiches...good for leftover roast turkey...no salt added.

Ingredients

    leftover roast turkey: 100g. dark meat turkey and 100g. light meat
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared brown or coarse mustard
    1 ripe haas avocado
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

chop turkey into small pieces or grind coarsely. Chop avocado into small dice. Put avocado and turkey in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and dill weed. Mix to desired consistency. Use as sandwich filler.
