Ground beef, extra lean, 400 grams
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.25 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
Ketchup, Heinz, 1/4 c
Brown Sugar, 1/4 c
Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Cornstarch, 1 tbsp
Water, tap, 2 tbsp
Pineapple juice, 1 cup
Canned pineapple, 1.5 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.75 cup
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Mix first 3 ingredients, shape into balls and fry until browned.
Mix fourth - eleventh ingredients together, and add to wok. Bring to a boil, add pineapple, mushrooms, and peppers. Simmer for 20 min.
Serve over rice.
