12 Taco Shells 1 T. margarine 1 t. cornstarch 1 tomato, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 c. bite size pieces cooked beef 3 T. raisins
Brown stew meat. Heat margarine in 10" skillet until melted, stir in cornstarch. Add tomato, green pepper, onion and garlic. Cook and stir over low heat until hot, about 5 minutes. Stir in beef and raisins. Cook and stir until beef and raisins are hot, about 5 minutes. Spoon beef mixture into each taco shell. Makes 12 servings.
