3 oz fat free cream cheese
2 pinch cream of tartar
3 egg whites
1 t Splenda
1 dash salt
In a separate mixing bowl, use all egg whites and cream of tartar to beat into stiff mixture. Then, beat yolk mixture to a smooth texture.
Slowly fold yolk into egg whites, careful not to make them runny. Spoon onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 300 for about 25 minutes. Serves 6
