Orange Marmalade Salmon

Introduction

Was not to sure about eating Salmon until I found this recipe ... but this is the lite version :) Was not to sure about eating Salmon until I found this recipe ... but this is the lite version :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Tbsp Low Sugar Orange Marmalade
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
    Red Chili Pepper flakes ..Dash

    add a little ginger if you like

    4 - 4oz Servings Salmon

    Mix together the top 6 ingredients

Directions

Wash Salmon and pat dry
Spray pan with cooking oil
Broil Fish until done
When done, rub salmon with mixture and return to broiler
for about 2 minutes

Makes 4 - 4oz Servings
