Jalapeno "Butter"

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 jalapeno peppers, roasted then cleaned, peeled, seeds & veins removed
    1 stick i can't believe butter, softened
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
    S&P to taste

Directions

Finely mince jalapeno pepper. Add pepper, garlic, parsley and butter to a bowl and blend well. Season to taste with S&P. Spoon butter onto plastic wrap and shape into log and place in fridge for flavors to meld, at least 30 minutes. Butter will last in fridge for 1 week or can be frozen.
