Ingredients

    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tbsp canola or olive oil
    1 lb pearch fillets

Directions

Mix the paprika, onion powder garlic powder cayenne pepper black pepper white pepper thyme and oregano ni a small bowl and set aside.
heat an iron skillet over high heat. brush cooking oil on both sides of fillets and coat with pepper mixture, place fillets on the hot skillet for a couple of minutes or desired doness on each side.
