Introduction

Pita done right! Pita done right!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Pita (whole, cut in half)
    Banana peppers
    1/2 C chopped tomatoes
    1 C spinach
    2 TBS Hummus (I use Eating Right Roasted Red Pepper)
    10 strips yellow bell pepper
    splash seasoned rice vinegar
    4 oz chicken breast, cooked

Directions

Stuff pita with all the ingredients! Enjoy!

Serving size: 2 Pita halves.
