1 box of Barilla Orzo Pasta (cooked)
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1 can (15oz) Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 chopped cucumber (apporx: 2 cups)
1/8 cup olive oil or herb olive oil
salt, pepper, basil, garlic to taste (I like lots of basil!)
* You can use rice or whole wheat orzo- may slightly change nutrition facts- for the BETTER!
Serving size: about 1 cup
* I like to add chicken for a little more protein. See "LOLO's Oven Roasted Beer Chicken Y'all!"
