1 pkg reduced fat cresant rolls 8 oz cooked ground sausage 1/2 cup 2% shredded cheese 5 lg eggs 1 oz skim milk salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Press cresant rolls in the bottom of a 9 x 11 cake pan, sealing the seams. Top with cooked sausage. Beat eggs with milk and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over sausage. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until egg is set. Slice into 9 equal servings.
