    3 cups green and/or wax beans (fresh or frozen)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

steam beans
in a large skillet heat oil
sau·té onion, garlic, and celery
add the beans to sauteed vegetables
add salt, pepper, paprika to taste
