Submitted by: DEVAULTMARIE

Introduction

I love this quick fix, low-cal, low-fat breakfast...it has the fats that u should be eating...mono- and poly-UNsaturated. You will start your day with 6g of dietary fiber, 12g of protein and lots of vitamins and minerals! Add real blueberries for antioxidants. Ingredients

Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1.5 serving
Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt 6 oz, 1 serving

Directions

Cook the oats a bit on the drier side. Just make sure they are thoroughly cooked...they will get enough moisture from the yogurt. Blend yogurt and oats together.

You should adjust the amounts of oats and yogurt to your own liking. I just happen to like mine as prepared above. Enjoy!!
