Introduction

These breakfast bars satisfy your hunger. I cut into bars and wrap so I can grab one as I walk out the door. These breakfast bars satisfy your hunger. I cut into bars and wrap so I can grab one as I walk out the door.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    cup butter or margarine
    1-1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp molasses
    2 Tbsp honey
    1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, molasses and honey in large bowl. Stir together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to first mixture and still to mix well. Stir in oatmeal Chips & Raisins Spoon into 9 x 13 x 1 pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until done. Cool. Cut into bars to serve.
You can add nuts of other dried fruits whatever you like.
