HCG Chilli, I made because I am tired of eating the same thing, trying to get something different....

This can count for 1 Protein, 1 Vegetable and 1 Carbohydrate if you eat the Melba toast.

Ingredients

    3.5 oz Ground Beef, (93% Lean Ground Beef)
    2 - cups Fresh Cabbage - HCG- you can have all the green
    leafly veg you want...
    1 - Cup of Fresh Tomatoes, I chopped and diced my own
    1 - tbsp of Onion Power (for that good taste)
    1 - tbsp of Chilli Power to you taste

Directions

1/4 cup of waster in a source pan and add the Weight 3.5 oz of beef cook until the pink is gone.

Add your other igredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, monitoring to make sure all your juices do boil out and then enjoy with a Melba toast.

Makes 1 servings to to make 2 servings then double everything and so forth....
