Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 T extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1 can Fit & Active fat free chicken broth ( Aldi)
1 t. dried parsley
lemon pepper
Directions
Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Saute in pan with 1 T. olive oil til browned on both sides. Place in slow cooker with parsley, chopped garlic, and chicken broth. Cook on high 3 hours or low for 6. Serve over rice. May thicken sauce with a cornstarch blend (not accounted for in calculations).
