Variation on a smoothie

Introduction

Mix all ingredients in blender. For best results due this the night before and put in the refrigerator and blend the next day (this way the blender doesn't have to fight all the frozen ingredients as much and the drink is still cold).

Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Ingredients

    4oz each of the following:

    -Frozen Peaches (Mangoes may be substituted)
    -Frozen Blueberries
    -Frozen Mixed berries (Strawberries, or Raspberries alone are also fine)
    -Soy Milk (substitute other liquid if desired)
    -1 Banana (roughly 4oz. in weight)
    -Blueberry Pomegranate Juice (plain Pom juice, cherry juice, grape juice can be substituted - the idea is a deep coloured juice for more anti-oxidants).
