Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8 cups of water
    8 oz diced lean beef
    4 cups Normandy Mix Vegetables
    1 Tbls Salt
    2 cans Diced Italian Style Tomatoes
    1 cup of pasta (I like the curly, colored pasta)
    Diced onion and Garlic to taste.

Directions

Combine any diced leftover lean beef with the water and salt. Bring to a boil. Add veggies, tomatoes and pasta. heat to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Serve with a tossed Italian salad.
