Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Egg, fresh, 12 large (remove)
*Cabot Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, 12 oz (remove)
*Whole Wheat Tortilla, 12 serving (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Add 1/4 c beans/pepper mix to one scrabled egg. Top with one oz low fat cheese.
Wrap in whole wheat tortilla.
