1 cup plain FF yogurt
1/3 cup oats
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp apple pectin powder (optional)
4-5 strawberries, sliced
1 small or 1/2 large banana, sliced
Stevia, salt, cinnamon
While oats are cooking, grind flax seed and add it, apple pectin, and vanilla flavored stevia to remaining yogurt. Stir and place in fridge to thicken. While it does and oats are cooling, you can go about your morning routine.
After 15-20 minutes (or however long it takes you to get ready), stir oats into yogurt, add sliced fruit on top.
