Quick breakfast recipe. It is very simple to make and can be changed up with what you have. Quick breakfast recipe. It is very simple to make and can be changed up with what you have.

Ingredients

    1/4 c. black beans
    1/4 c. mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. avacado
    1 egg
    1 wheat tortilla

Directions

Heat up the black beans and cook the egg (if you are in a hurry, you can put it in the microwave for 30 sec., stir, and 30 more seconds.) Cut up the avacado. Put all on the tortilla with cheese (I used mozarella to cut out some fat).
