    Borcoli, Mushrooms, round streak cut up into strips

Directions

I made this for my self and the serving of the complete dish was 8.5 oz . Wash veggies and set aside. Brown meat and then add veggies and mushrooms. Add a little water to steam the brocoli. I seasoned with garlic powder and some steak spice flakes. One tbs of Teryaki sauce. **** Seasonings not included in nutritional value. ****
