1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
6 Mission Multi-Grain Flour Tortillas (each Tortilla is 49 g)
Muir Glen Organic Mild Salsa 1/4 cup
Weight Watchers Natural Mexican Style four cheese (6 oz)
2 TBS minced onions
8.5 oz of raw chicken.
Tear up the tortillas into bite size pieces and mix with all of the ingredient EXCEPT the cheese. Only add half of the cheese to mix. Put in an 8x8 baking dish and tip with remaining cheese. Cover and bake 30-45 minutes@ 350 degrees til cheese is all melted and bubbly on sides. You can top each serving with a tablespoon of sour cream and some salsa... just remember to bump up the calorie count for the extras.
