Jambalaya

Ingredients

    Jambalaya Mix, Zatarain's, 6 cups
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Boiled Crawfish, 3 oz Meat Yielded from 1 Lb of Crawfish in shells, 3 oz
    Turkey Polska Kielbasa, Hillshire Farms, 14 oz

Directions

Cook Jambalaya mix according to package directions adding 1 Tbsp canola oil (instead of two as directed). In separate skillet, brown sausage about fifteen minutes, until outside is slightly crunchy. Add in shelled crawfish and rice; mix. Serve warm. Makes 6 -1 cup servings.
