Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Introduction

I've also used cream of broccoli instead of mushroom. I've also used cream of broccoli instead of mushroom.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups brown rice
    2 cups 2% Mexican Cheese
    5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp Nature's Seasoning Blend
    1 bag VIP Broccoli Florets

Directions

1. Spray skillet with non-stick spray, add chicken and about 2 cups water and Nature's Seasoning. Simmer until not pink. Dice.

2. In a bowl mix brown rice, soup, broccoli florets, and 1 cup of cheese. Stir in diced chicken and the water chicken was cooked in. Top with the other cup of cheese.

3. Bake at 375 for approx 25 minutes.
