Ingredients

    8 oz. imitation crab meat (cut up into bite size pieces and flaked)
    2- 8oz. pkgs. lowfat Cream cheese
    3 to 4 sliced green onions
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Horseradish Sauce
    1-2 wedges of lemon juice (optional)

Directions

It is easier to mix if your cream cheese is room temperature. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with crackers. Makes about 16 servings.
