This was in the "6 weeks to a Healthier You" book. I've been adding sugar free maple syrup and fruit to the oatmeal. It's my new favorite breakfast This was in the "6 weeks to a Healthier You" book. I've been adding sugar free maple syrup and fruit to the oatmeal. It's my new favorite breakfast
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups almond milk
    1 cup oats
    pinch of salt

Directions

Low boil milk, add oats & salt
Simmer 30 mins
remove from heat
cool for 1 hr
Portion into 1 cup servings
Keep in frig until ready to microwave
