Introduction

A light but filling breakfast shake. A light but filling breakfast shake.

Ingredients

    Half of a medium-large banana.
    2 tablespoons of flax.
    40 raisins.
    A quarter of a cup of non fat vanilla yogurt.
    Half of a cup of 1% milk.
    A half to a full cup of water.

Directions

Blend the flax and raisins together then add the liquids and the banana and blend until smooth.
