Ingredients

    - 1 scoop Spirutein (vanilla)
    - 1/4 cup goat's milk (low fat)
    - 1/2 cup cherries, frozen (pits removed)
    - 1/2 cup water
    - 1 cup spinach, frozen
    - 1 packet of Equal/sweetener
    - 2 big handfuls of ice cubes

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until thick and smooth.
