Introduction

Ingredients

    Bisuick Original Pancake and Baking Mix, 2.33 cup
    Milk, nonfat, .66 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 3 Tbsp
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 3 Tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.

In a medium bowl, mix Milk, Sugar and Butter until soft dough forms. Drop by six spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. ( I used a heaping tablespoon and then topped each one off with remaining batter) Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. They are now ready for your favorite filling and toppings.

Example: Split warm shortcakes, fill and top with strawberries and whipped topping. (Nutritional information for shortcake only) Serves 6.
