Ingredients

1 Can drained black beans
1 Cup chopped onion
1 1/2 Cup chopped succhini
1 Cup Tomato puree
1 Cup Salsa
1 C water
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 C parsley chopped
2 oz white wine
Directions
Makes three servings
Cook the onion in the white wine a few minutes then add beans, tomato puree, salsa, water, salt, pepper, parsley. Lastly add the zucchini and cook another 5 to 7 minutes.
