Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

    8 Ozs Plain Yogurt
    1/2 Whole Cucumber
    1 1/2 Tsps Olive Oil
    14 Whole Lemon -- juice

    3/4 Tsp Dill Weed -- fresh
    1 Clove Garlic -- minced
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt








Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Process until well-combined. Transfer to a separate
dish, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.

NOTES :
Nice dipping sauce for Veggies, Pita Bread and Gyros.
HINT: Tastes best when chilled for at least 1 hour after preparation.
