1 can of condensed reduced - fat reduced -sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 cup fat-free milk
1 pk of (6oz) stuffing mix
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
2 cups fresh broccoli florets, cooked
1 -1/2 celery, chopped finely
1 - 1/2 cups ( 6 ounces) shredded mild cheddar cheese
Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9- in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
