HB Eggs w/ Light Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients

    1 Hard Boiled Egg halved (yolk removed)
    .5 Tbsp Basil
    2Tbsp Light Ricotta Cheese

Directions

Boil the egg and seperate the yolk when done. Mix basil and ricotta cheese. Once mixed, place in egg centre. Add sundried tomatoes and olives for a mediterranean twist.
