Ingredients

    2/3 cup ground almonds
    1/4 cup raw cacao powder
    1/4 cup agave
    1/3 cup raw shredded coconut
    pinch of salt

Directions

Mix ingredients together and divide into 16 servings, roll into balls. I flattened out the mixture into an 8x8 pan, cut it into 16 pieces, then rolled into balls. Put the truffles in the freezer to harden. Best to store them there until they're ready to serve.
