Spicy Turkey Meatballs
Introduction
This recipe was adapted from Spark user IAMYIKES recipe "Spicy Low Fat Turkey Meatballs". I added liquid smoke and worcestershire sauce and sauted the meatballs in a little olive oil before baking them in the oven. These changes only added a few calories but a lot of flavor! Sauteing the meatballs in the pan makes them more like ground beef meatballs from a restaurant than turkey meatballs from your kitchen.
