Introduction

This is a great lunch. I have our local bagel shop make this for me. This is a great lunch. I have our local bagel shop make this for me.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Bagel Thin Whole wheat- could use any kind of bagel
    2 tbsp Kraft Garden cream cheese reduce Fat
    2 -4 Slices of tomato
    2 slices of provolone cheese reduced fat

Directions

open bagel to create 2 sides. Spread each side with cream cheese. I use about 1 Tbsp on each side. Then top with tomato slices. Place cheese over each side to create an open faced sandwich. toast in oven (broil) or toaster oven til cheese melts.
