Introduction

SOOOOOOO good! And perfect for when you are so hungry, you can't wait,it takes 5 minutes to make!! SOOOOOOO good! And perfect for when you are so hungry, you can't wait,it takes 5 minutes to make!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 mango, diced
    1 tomato, diced
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    5 leaves of fresh basil or fresh mint (I prefer mint myself, it makes it so fresh tasting!!)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix everything into a bowl, and Bon appétit!!

Perfect for lunch for one, or as a side dish for 2 to 4 persons!
