Introduction

Very easy, and so good, even the kids love it! A few cubes of cheese, and lunch is ready! Very easy, and so good, even the kids love it! A few cubes of cheese, and lunch is ready!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of chick peas, drained and rinced (540ml)
    1 tomato, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1/2 english cucumber, diced
    1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix everything into a bowl, and savor!

Makes 4 servings of about 1 cup
