Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Cake:
    1 box Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges in light syrup
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    4 eggs
    Frosting:
    1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip Lite, thawed
    1 package (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 can (15.5 oz) crushed pineapple in juice

Directions

Cake:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, stir together all cake ingredients until moist. Beat by hand for 2 minutes.
Coat a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Frosting:
In a large bowl, mix together all frosting ingredients until well blended. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator. Serves 16
