Shrimp Salad lettuce wraps

Introduction

Can be served over fresh cut tomatoes with cucumbers on the side. Can be served over fresh cut tomatoes with cucumbers on the side.

Ingredients

    12 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
    3 Tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
    1/4 C Fage 0%
    1/4 C diced celery
    1 Tbsp dried dill
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

    8 large dark green lettuce leaves

Directions

Combine all ingredients but lettuce leaves into a mixing bowl. Stir well.

Chill until ready to serve. 1/2 C = 1 serving
