IntroductionBaked, crunchy and Tasty Baked, crunchy and Tasty
1 Chicken Breast cut into 1oz pieces (size of breast 8 oz)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 teaspoon roasted chicken seasoning
1/4 teaspoon lea and perrins
dip each piece of chicken in the panko
place on raised rack sprayed with pam to prevent sticking
place on cookie sheet and spray top with pam
bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
