Introduction

We like this rice even better then the boxed rice a roni type of chicken rice We like this rice even better then the boxed rice a roni type of chicken rice
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 4 tsp
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Brown rice in vegetable oil until nice and toasty looking. Then mix in water, bouillon and any other spices you prefer. I like to use poultry seasoning, garlic salt, onion salt and cumin. Cover and simmer on med - low heat until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Enjoy
