Ingredients

    1 Can Trader Joe's Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

    2 tbls Trader Joe's Roasted Red Pepper Spread w/ egg plant & garlic

    Juice from small meyer lemon

    Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp

    1 tsp of Trader Joe's taco seasoning mix

    Flax Seeds, 1 tbsp

Directions

Drain Chickpeas combine all the ingredients into a small food processor and pulse until the mixture is creamy.
Refrigerate atleast 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend

Note: Melt the extra virgin coconut oil before adding to mixture

add salt and pepper to taste if desired
