Asparagus with Herbs and Cheeses

Ingredients

2 bunches fresh asparagus appx 2 lbs
1/4 cup Olive Oil (EVOO)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan & Romano Blend (Kraft)
1 tsp each Mustard Powder, Paprika, Mrs Dash Table Blend, Onion powder, Garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cover shallow baking dish or pan with sides in aluminum foil for easy clean up if desired.
Cut or break off tough ends of asparagus. After cleaning and preparing, I had about 700 grams to be cooked. Place in baking dish and pour oil over slowly and gently mix to coat the spears.
Combine all seasonings with cheeses and shake or sprinkle over asparagus. Move gently with fork to coat spears.
Bake uncovered at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes for crisp/tender spears. Allow an additional 5 minutes if you like them soft.
Makes 13 servings of appx 7 to 9 spears depending on size or about 60 grams per serving.
