Ingredients

Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .25 cup
Raisins, .25 cup (not packed)
Organic Blue Agave, 4 tbsp
Almonds, 1 cup, whole
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 4 serving
Agave Nectar, 4 tbsp
Directions
Melt butter, Earth Balance and agave in a large skillet. Chop almonds and combine with the remaining dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to melted peanut butter, agave and Earth Balance, stirring to combine. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, stir and bake another 15 minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning.
Makes 14 1/2-cup servings.
