Introduction

Everything you would put in a taco, made into a salad! Everything you would put in a taco, made into a salad!

Ingredients

    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    taco seasoning pouch
    1 romaine heart torn up
    1 cup shredded low fat cheddar
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    4 taco shells, broken up
    3/4 cup salsa
    1 tomato, chopped

Directions

Brown beef and add seasoning according to directions on package

Mix everything else in large bowl. Add beef, stir, serve.

Easiest tasty meal ever!
