Ingredients

    2 C flour
    1 C non-fat yogurt plain
    2 t sugar
    2 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t salt

Directions

makes 16 pieces
combine 1 C flour and yogurt blend until smooth
sprinkle with sugar cover and let stand in a warm, draft-free place 4 hours or overnight (best)
preheat oven to 425
combine rest of ingredients and stir into yogurt mixture
spray baking sheet
turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and pat into 8 x 6 rectangle - cut into 16 small pieces place one inch apart on sheet - reduce oven temp to 400 bake about 10 minutes or more - serve hot
