2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
1 Garlic clove, crushed and minced
1/4 Cup Onion minced
1/2 Tsp Red Peppers (I used chinese Garlic Red Peppers)
1/2 Cup Water
1 1/2 Tsp Sake
3 1/2 Tsp Soy sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
4-5 Tbsp Ketchup
1 pk Medium Firm Tofu (if soft is used, stir very carefully)
2 Tsp Cornstarch (add a little water to dissolve)
1/4- 1/2 Cup Green Onions- minced
Cook onions until semi transparent, then add garlic and red peppers. Stir fry for about 15 seconds and reduce to medium.
Add water, sake, soy sauce, salt, & ketchup. Bring to a boil & add tofu and return to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the pan.
Simmer until thick.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
