BBQ Chicken Tortilla Pizza

BBQ Chicken Tortilla Pizza

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
    1/4 c. Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 c. Kraft Part Skim Shredded Mozzerella
    1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
    8 oz package sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. Fresh Parsley, chopped
    5 Garlic cloves, sliced
    3 Mission Wrap, (Zest Garlic used)
    1 bunch Broccoli Raab
    10 tbsp BBQ sauce
    1 c. Water
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in prehested pan. Cook until cooked throughly.

While chicken is cooking, add Broccoli Raab in a Pot with 1/4 c. water. Cover until cooked throughly. Should take about 5-7 min. Once it is cooked strain under cold water.

In same pot as broccoli raab was cooking. Place back on stove top under medium heat. Add olive oil, and garlic. Let garlic cook about 2 minutes. Then add mushrooms and most of the parsley (save a pinch for garnish) and cover.

Chicken should be ready by this time. Remove from pain and add 1/2 water into the pain. Scrap sides on the skillet to release the flavors. Add in 3 tbsp BBQ sauce. Slice the chicken and place back into the skillet.

When mushrooms are cooked and the chicken and the broccoli raab. Mix well add 3 more tbsp of BBQ sauce to mixer. While things are blending.

On a non-stick cookie pan place the mission wraps. Top with cheddar cheese. Place 1/3 of chicken mixer on each wrap. Top with mozzerella cheese, and remainder BBQ sauce.

Place into oven for about 15 min, or until crispy and cheese is melted.

Each Wrap is a serving. Very filling, and full of vitamins.
