Pan-Glazed Chicken with Basil (Weight Watchers)




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 (4-oz) chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp dried basil

Directions

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken, and cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in vinegar, honey, and basil; cook 1 minute. Yield: 4 servings.
